By accessing or using TheBoard.gg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TheBoard.gg is a community-driven platform that tracks, verifies, and ranks streamer donations across platforms including Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. The Service includes:

  • Public donation leaderboards and rankings
  • Streamer profiles and statistics
  • Scout (contributor) accounts and reputation system
  • Donation submission and verification tools
  • Event tracking for charity streams and fundraisers
  • Public API for developers

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • One person may not maintain more than one account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. User Content & Submissions

When you submit donation data, comments, or other content:

  • You confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use this content as part of the Service
  • You understand that submitted donation data becomes part of the public leaderboard
  • We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content at our discretion

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fabricated donation data
  • Impersonate another person, streamer, or entity
  • Use automated tools to scrape data or submit content without authorization
  • Attempt to manipulate rankings through fake votes or fraudulent submissions
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through comments or other means
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures

6. API Usage

Access to the TheBoard.gg API is subject to:

  • Rate limits as described in the API Documentation
  • Valid API key requirement for all requests
  • Attribution to TheBoard.gg when displaying our data publicly
  • We may revoke API access at any time for violations of these terms

7. Intellectual Property

The TheBoard.gg name, logo, design, and original content are our property. User-submitted donation data remains factual information. The compilation, organization, and presentation of data on the Service is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • All donation data is accurate, complete, or verified
  • Rankings reflect the complete picture of all donations made

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBoard.gg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheBoard.gg and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the website.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
